Happy Saturday and welcome to the second half of our birthday challenge!
This fortnight we want to see you create ONE LAYER Flower cards -
Card #1
This is a layer set by Altenew called Vintage Roses. Once I had my image stamped, I used a large sentiment by Kaisercraft to finish it off.
Card #2
This card may not look one layer but it is! I wanted to use my new Hero Arts Unicorn Ink so I stamped a flower from the Happy Little Stampers set called Especially for You. All the retired HLS stamps are on massive clearance HERE.
The white ink is quite juicy and it's hard to get a clear impression when stamping a sentiment. So, I decided to die cut part of the card out then stamp the sentiment on the inside of the card with black ink.
We have HEAPS of sponsors for this challenge! Check out the challenge blog for more details.
I would like to enter my cards over at the following challenges -
Card #2 - Seize the Birthday (Anything Goes), Addicted to Stamps and More (Any Occasion), Elliebelle's Crafty Wednesday (Flowers)
Thanks for popping in :)
Two terrific cards Kylie. The Hello on your first card almost looks like a die cut, fabulous stamping.

Two great CAS designs. I really like the beautiful flower and the big sentiment pairing on the first.
ReplyDeleteThat rose is beautifully done, and what a great idea to add that die cut for your sentiment on the second.

Two gorgeous CAS cards, Kylie ! Your rose is just Bea and looks so real. The black bold sentiment is perfect on top. Also love your second card. What a great idea to open a little window to see the sentiment through! Love it ! Thanks so much for sharing and for playing along at ATSM.
