Hello and happy Saturday everyone!
We have a great challenge for you over at Inkspirational for the next two weeks. Our word is 'Attachment' and I struggled with this one in the beginning. Sandie and I were talking about it and she gave me some great ideas that actually led to me thinking outside the box.
Here is my card -
As most of you know, my first grandchild was born in November. Well, I can quite honestly say that my 'Attachment' to him is nothing like I have ever known. So, I created a card for him!
How will you interpret this word? I can't wait to see. Check out the challenge blog for more ideas!
What a great take on the word prompt and I love how personal and important this card is for you! Those small flags look cute and great work with the bg too.
ReplyDeleteI an glad I could help-you know how crazy my brain thinks! This is so adorable and those flags popped up like this work fab with the background x
ReplyDeleteSimply fabulous.
ReplyDeleteAww... what a sweet interpretation of the challenge! Those banners are great and I like your starred background!

Perfect interpretation of the word and your card looks so joyous and has a wonderful colour combo.
ReplyDeleteLovely card Kylie! I think I would have struggled with the cue word!
ReplyDeleteApologies for my late response; I headed to mom's on Jan. 19th, on a 'working' visit to mark diploma exams and arrived home yesterday. Long days...bleary eyes...but the after-hours time with my mom, niece and nephew: priceless! Speaking of priceless...your 'attachment' to the new little man in your life! I know that when my niece and nephew were born, my heart grew and grew and grew...and it still does, every time I see them! Your card: perfect way to showcase your love for your grandson!
