Inkspirational Photo Challenge

Hi everyone, we have a brand new challenge starting right now over at Inkspirational. We have a photo to inkspire you today -


And I took the inspiration photo very literally!

Here is my DT card -


I was really happy with this card, especially the masking of the balloons. I used a stamp from my Pedal Presents set. 

THEN, I went and put glossy accents all over the balloons but I was really unhappy with the end result. Maybe it is just the light  shining on the balloons that just doesn't make it look right?

Anyhoo, I still like the card lol.

    oh I have to disagree with you Kylie!! I think the glossy accents are fab, they make the card shine out. Your masking is outstanding, I would be super happy with this!! xx

    I think it is great! Glossy accents never photographs well, you know? I LOVE all the amazing masking you did--this is fabulous! HUGS and hope you have a great rest of the week! :)

    Great masking and the glossy accent is a fabulous detail as it gives your balloons the perfect translucent look!

    Don't be unhappy with your balloons - they look great to me , although I can never get anything shiny to photograph well. I love the colours you've used. Marina
