Hi everyone! I hope you are well.
Summer isn't official here until the 1st of December but we are feeling it at the moment with a heat wave. I just checked the outside themometer (10.45am) and it is already 30 degrees celcius. Tomorrow it is meant to get to 35! Pooh!
Last night I made a card which was inspired by the latest Time Out challenge where you need to CASE the amazing Karen Dunbrook.
Here is my card -
I used a technique called Stamping with Embossing Folders (you can check out my quick video tutorial HERE). I used watercolour paper for this one and the Embossing folder is from Kaisercraft called 'Cogs'.
Here is Karen's card
I stamped the sentiment from the HLS Thinking of You set and added three Glitter Enamel Dots, also from HLS.
My card took no time to create and it is a really fun technique.

Beautiful card Kylie! :)ReplyDelete
This is the perfect CASE of Karen's card as she loves this technique and I really love the grunge look this gives. The sentiment really shows how fabulous your stamps stamp! So clean and sharp! Thanks for joining TO xReplyDelete
Lovely card Kylie and I love those glitter dots!ReplyDelete

Love your CASE of Karen. That technique gives such an artsy and unique look, and that blue is such a cool color. Hope it helps you beat the heat a little bit. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out.ReplyDelete
