Welcome to August and a brand new sketch at Happy Little Stampers!
What an exciting few days it has been for us at HLS. Our first release of stamps has been launched and the feedback and support from everyone has been amazing!! Thanks so much :)
Here is our sketch for this month
You will have lots of fun with this one! Don't forget any type of card making style is welcome at our sketch challenge. Just make sure we can see the sketch in your creation.
Here is my card using the brand new set - Bold Birthday Sentiments from Happy Little Stampers
I drew the two lines with a pen and then just stamped the stars in repeated colours. I combined two stamps from this set to create my sentiment.
I went over the stars with a wink of stella pen to give it some sparkle.
My next card was one that I had originally made for this challenge but that was before my stamps had arrived. I would like to share it with you too.
This one was create using Lawn Fawn and Paper Smooches stamps.
I hope you will find the time to join in with our monthly challenges.
Thanks so much for looking xx
Love both your cards Kylie. What a fun way to celebrate with bright, rainbow-coloured stars and pennants. :) Love how you've used your new HLS stamps! :) xxReplyDelete
Love your cards! Especially the one with the stars! So cute!ReplyDelete
Such a beautiful card, which means that stamps are also great. Cards are light, as if carried by the wind. Super effect.ReplyDelete
Super fun cards, Kylie! Great use of the star stamps. I can't wait to get mine!!!ReplyDelete
