Hello and Happy Saturday! We have a brand new challenge starting today.
I have many favourite techniques and it was actually hard to narrow down to just one. I decided to showcase a couple of ways to use 'Emboss Resist'.
Card #1
For this card, I used a background stamp by CAS-ual Fridays and heat embossed it with white powder. I then used distress ink and a blending brush all over the panel. I cut it into two and inserted my sentiment which was white embossed as well. The entire panel was adhered to a larger panel which I then popped up with foam tape.
Card #2
For this card, I used another background stamp and white embossed it on to white card. I used a couple of distress ink colours to blend over the top. Then I used dies to cut out my butterflies. They are popped up with foam tape.
I would like to enter my cards over at the following challenges -
Card #1 - Watercooler Wednesdays (All Occasions), AAA Birthday Cards (Birthday),
Card #2 - Cardz 4 Galz (Things with Wings), Try it on Tuesdays (Butterflies), AAA Cards (Birthday), The Crafting Challenge (Butterflies)
Thank for popping in today and I hope you will play along with us over at Less is More.
