12 Days of Christmas - Day Eight

Welcome to Day Eight!

Each day I will create a Christmas card and hopefully inspire you to play along in my link up. I will be joined by a friend, daily, who will also create for you!

Here is my card - using HLS Let it Snow. I simply stamped the snowflakes with two colours of archival ink and finished off with the sentiment.

Today I have Chrissie Stokes creating for us. Her card just screams elegance with her perfectly CAS design and the gold embossing as a feature.

Thanks for joining us with your inspiration, Chrissie!

I also have a little surprise for each of my guests. I decided that for each daily post, I would CASE one of their cards. I looked through just about every post these ladies had ever done and wow, the choices were nearly too much for my little brain ;)

Here is Chrissie's card -

Here is my CASE
Now, all you have to do to play along is comment on my post, visit Chrissie and comment on her post, then link up below with a Christmas Card. You will go into the random draw for a prize from Happy Little Stampers!

Happy Christmas Card making!

  7. These are so different from yesterday Kylie, but equally beautiful. The black card for a background for your pretty snowflakes and also for Chrissie's berry branch really makes the images pop on the white card, and the lovely large sentiment with the sprig of holly works well on the CASEd card. x

  8. I love snowflakes cards and this is perfectly done.

I love the card with the holly leaves and berries too. I'm lucky because in a nearby forest holly plants are still growing wild. Here in Slovenia the holly plants are protected as endangered plants, so I go often with my son walking through the forest and picking them with my camera ;)
