Brusho Techniques - Video Tutorial

Hi there everyone. Well by popular demand, I have created a video tutorial using Brushos. My most favourite technique at the moment is using Brushos, Starch and Cling Wrap.

I made a birthday card for Sandie and I had a lot of interest in how I made the background. So, sit back and enjoy as I show you 3 different ways that I use my Brushos.

Here is the card I made for Sandie just to give you a reminder. Using Brushos has different results every time you use them so I will never create the same background over and over which is awesome!

Thanks so much for looking xx

I don't have brushos but think I may have to get messy and try with re-inkers????

  4. Love the tute, what did you use as stoppers?
I used to use Brushos onto watercolour washes with kids in school, great for using the darker colours, it doesn't get too intense.

    1. Hi Jules, I have obviously emailed you but thought others would like to know. I had to check with my dad first but the stoppers are pop rivets from his tool box :)

  5. Fab tutorial Kylie, so clear and easy to follow. Much better than so many I have seen. Love the cling wrap technique. I don't know anything about brushos and don't have any and don't want to buy anything else! Do you know if this works with water colour paints?

  9. Kylie, just discovered this fascinating video. I love these techniques, so will certainly be trying these. Some absolutely stunning backgrounds. Have you tried blowing the puddles with a straw (or use a Ranger spritz tool for fine lines? Such fun. Love this product). TFS
