How are you all on this beautiful Sunday afternoon? I have taken some time after getting ahead (just a little) on my DT obligations to make a card for the Vintage challenge over at Inspired by Stamping.
I don't 'do' Vintage all that often so when I saw it pop up on my blog roll, I decided to get into it.
Here is my card -
I started with using some Vintagey looking background paper out of a pad but I can't remember what it is called. It has beautiful script and flowers on it. I used another piece to die cut a doily for the bottom left hand corner. I used yet another piece to die cut the banners (Hearts A Flutter Framelits SU), and popped them on dimensionals. The antique brad is also from SU.
The rest of my goodies come from Inspired by Stamping -
The butterflies are from a set called Butterfly Wings. There are 20 stamps in this set and they are ALL beautfiul. I have fussy cut three butterfllies and popped them on dimensionals.
The sentiment is from the Fancy Sentiments set and inked with Chocolate Chip.
I used the Fancy Labels 2 and the co-ordinating dies. I inked this in Sahara Sand. The Rose seam binding ribbon is so beautiful!!
I hope you like!!
Thanks so much for looking xx
Really beautiful, Kylie!
ReplyDeleteKylie this is stunning and the colours are beautiful. I struggle with vintage too, but I think you've cracked it!
