Hey there! It's time for a brand new challenge over at Less Is More and it's a lucky dip!
I've created my card by stamping the light bulb, adding a bit of colour, fussy cutting it out, then popping it up with some foam. I've used my MISTI to stamp the sentiment. Lastly I added a few gems.
Hey again everyone. Time for a brand new challenge over at Less Is More! This fortnight, we want you to 'Take 3'.
Here is my card -
This is stamp set that I received from our generous sponsor - Visible Image. It's called 'Shining Bright'. I used brusho powder to create a splash of colour. I stamped the light bulb three times then added my sentiment.

Hey there! It's time for a new challenge over at Inkspirational. For the next fortnight we have a photo to inspire you and hope you will play along.
Here is my card -
I tried to mimic the teal colour in the photo by mixing blue and green brusho powders together over glossy card. It looked really good - and then it dried! It was more of a green colour.
I also mixed in some gold perfect pearls to give it that gold accent like some of the items in the photo.
I decided to go with the large sentiment covering the card like the words you can see on the shelf and in the mirror.
Check out the challenge blog for more inspiration by my fellow designers. Thanks for popping in :)
Good morning, over at Happy Little Stampers we have our newest CAS challenge. This is the theme for this month -
There are so many special day's to choose from - what will you decide on?
I went with two cards - one for an engagement and one for a birthday. Both my cards are black and white with a pop of red.
Card #1
This is a Paper Artsy set that I have had in my stash for a few months now but have only just stamped it up. I used the sentiment from the HLS Born to Wild set.
Card #2
I used grey ink for the large heart then stamped my sentiment over it. I little glitter heart that I had laying around finished it off. I used the HLS Simply Said set for this card.
I hope to see you over at HLS with your CAS creations :)

Hello! Wow, I've been so busy that I nearly even forgot to create for this challenge (thinking I had another week up my sleeve..). I whipped up a couple of cards and really wanted to make more but time wasn't on my side.
Horoscopes is the theme for the new challenge at LIM. There is a WIDE variety of ideas that you can use for this theme. Birthdays, Stars, Star Signs, Astronomy, Tarot Cards, Constellations, etc.
Due to my time restraints (I'm usually way ahead with my DT makes), I guess I went the easy way out, lol. I went with Star Signs - the animals that represent them.
Card #1
If you have never given Brushos (or other powdered pigments) a whirl on glossy card, please do yourself a favour and give it a try. It is a really great way to use the powders and the results are so different each time you do it.
I simply sprinkled a little yellow brusho and misted it carefully with water due to wanting to keep the colour to a specific area. I stamped my Lion (Star Sign: Leo) and sentiment using my MISTI. Be very careful when stamping as the ink stamp may stick to the paper making it hard to get a crisp image.
If you would like to see how I use Brushos with Glossy card, check out my youtube tutorial. It was one of my first videos, so please be kind :)
Card #2
One of the simplest cards you will ever find but it's the style I love the best :)
My star sign is Cancer so I had to make this little crab the star on this birthday card.

Hi everyone, it's time for a brand new Watercolour Challenge over at Happy Little Stampers.
I've had a busy week! I've just started my online University Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice so I am very excited about that. I haven't had much time in the craft room but I try and make something as soon as I get the chance.
Anything Goes but I decided to use our optional twist.
I started with a panel of glossy card stock, sprinkled busho randomly, then misted with water. I left it to dry.
I used a new die from Lawn Fawn that pops up butterflies!
I used my MISTI to stamp my sentiment which is from the HLS Doodled Flowers set. You need to be VERY careful when stamping on glossy paper as the ink can smudge or you can slip when stamping.
That's it from me, I hope to see you over at the challenge blog.
